Virtual Overlanding Trip Planner Meeting

Before you read the rest of this, if overlanding isnt your thing, please don't waste your time or the groups time by attending. This virtual session is an open group discussion setting to try to plan the next overlanding trip for the Grand Rapids Jeep Club. Having had the success that we did with our last virtual overlanding "coffee talk" with our special guests TrailRecon & Ozark Overland Adventures, those interested in overlanding should want to attend this virtual meeting even if they can't attend the trip. The goal is to organize our club's next overlanding trip, from setting a date (weekend, long weekend, week, etc.), to a location or a series of locations, to the group size, etc. ALL THE DETAILS will need to be planned. No questions are dumb. So feel free to ask what you may think is even the simplest of questions. We've all had those same questions and had to get answers ourselves to those questions. This is for any of our paid club members, men, women, children, etc. The discussion is set to start at 6 PM and run until 8 PM. If we need more time to plan this out, we can set a later date to finish the trip planning details. Although members are free to join us at any time during the meeting, it's advised if you're interested in joining along for this trip to be in attendance from the start. During this meeting, we will try to choose ideas based on the group majority. If that means some can't attend, that's just unfortunately how it might work out. That's the downside to larger groups. But for those that can make this trip work, I know it will be incredible. So come join us for an evening of overlanding planning!

Important Club Member Notice: GRJC tickets will be used for member check-in. One ticket is required per person. Each club member that wishes to receive club credit for attendance to this event, even if part of a larger party attending, must register for their own separate ticket so that they can be checked-in and their attendance linked to their personal membership account.
