Come join us at Walters RC Park in Saranac for our first time as a club at The Great Lakes Gauntlet! This is a family friendly event open to the public on Friday & Saturday. Just like our Big Jeep Little Jeep Meets; Bring your Big Jeep to come and hang out with other RC Jeep People!  This should be a great event to support one of our Club's Vendors, Reaction RC Hobbies. This is their largest event of the year. So come join us and support them! This event has various competitions throughout the weekend. They will have 1/24 scale courses as well as the larger courses and trails for the larger rigs like the 1/10 scale. I believe there are many times where there are not any competitions going on and the courses are open to run freely. $30 per person if you plan on running any rc car/rigs/etc. That covers both days. Spectators are free, but if you plan on driving any RC rigs at the event, you'll need to register. Kids class 12 & under are free but still must register. There is free camping available as well if you'd like to stay for the weekend. No personal campfires, and they can't save spots. Just an FYI, this could come in handy for some of you who have never rock crawled before. You can learn a lot from the little Jeeps about how suspension components work and handle, how critical approach, departure, and breakover angles are, and much more! This event hosts over 600 mini trucks!

PAID CLUB MEMBERS, this is a ticketed event - We will be taking a group photo at 6 PM Friday by the 1/24 scale course and at 1 PM Saturday in the same location. Please be in attendance at one of these times in order to receive credit for attending!

Food trucks will be on site.
